Reflection of few days of holiday.

I’m actually forcing myself to write something at this hour. I have no interest to sleep now. Tomorrow, I begin my work as a teacher after few days of school break. And now I’m thinking to reflect back what I had done during my vacation.

It was a beautiful engagement day for my sister Hartini (on Friday, 10th June 2011). The past few days was hectic, we did family team work and collaboration  in organizing our house in Subok Village; to make it clean and possible for our visitors to come in. Technically it was smooth, and I am very happy how the event turn out to be =)

On the 9th June 2011, which was on Thursday; I participated at the GreenSTEPS initiatives seminars and workshop. 1st of all, the foods were great. 2nd the guest speaker Mr. Mark Cheng, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Avelife Foundation of Singapore delivered a very inspiring speech. And this was coming from a guy at an age of 23 (same as me).

The best part of that day is, during the afternoon workshop. I got a chance to vain myself in front of 39 participants. Well actually, I was just delivering some notes by my group and I, in which we have collaborated to produce some justifying answers during the discussions. What I really like about it, was during my presentation, everyone seems to enjoy it, and I heard a lot of  laugh amongst the participants and they clap their hands after I have end my speech. Well, Thank You. I really feel honored. I mean, let me do it again! :P As you can see from the photo above, all the five fine ladies are laughing and seems to enjoy it.

I also spend my time with my best bud, HD. As usual, the men conversation, dinner and movies. The 1st movie was not my kind of taste. Malay movies are hardly appreciated by my brain, no offense, but I do have some Malay movies which are good!

I watched Super 8, and I find it awesome. I’m a fan of JJ Abrams for his work on Star Trek  (2009, which helps Chris Pine career to blossom) and the TV series Fringe. I also watched X-men: First Class and The Green Lantern. For both, it is OK. I mean its good, but not that great like Star Trek :P

Smurf

Speaking of movies, I can’t wait to watch The Smurf Movie! The smurfs are so cute and Neil Patrick Harris from How I Met Your Mother TV Series is in it! so it gotta be awesome!

Sing+Hiap+Hin+Brunei

I also spend my holiday by doing some mechanics shopping – spare parts for my brother.. kinda good to learn few things about cars at Sing Hiap Hin Keng Hwa Auto Co. , Gadong.

Oh+Land+Album+Brunei

My Ohland – Ohland Album arrived (from Amazon.com) at my parents house during my vacation. And I really love it very much! And I want to meet you Ohland and the drummer Hans Hvidberg-Hansen.

The+Last+Song+Nicholas+Sparks+Movie

And just now, I finished watching The Last Song. Two things I want to say:

1) Dear Miley Cyrus, Please I beg you, don’t ruin your life, like Ms. Lindsay Lohan or Ms. Britney Spears did. Your acting, your singing vocal and music are awesome! And I love you for who you are, even though a stranger love does not meant anything for you.. hehe (too exaggerate?)

2) Dear Nicholas Sparks,  I’m in love with your writing. And for my 24th birthday this 17th December; I wish to own all your novels including Wokini and the soon to be release”The Best of Me”.

I think that is all for a quick update :)

I love Merc Benz! and I like BMW

2012+Mercedes+Benz+SLK+350

I love Mercedes Benz; its the comfort and luxury specs. And I like BMW with the same silly reasons. One of my favorite line of Mercedes is their SLK. Its cute, easy to park (haha) and I believe its fast. Same goes to BMW z series. They are all cutey. Wish I could own one… but naah.. not in this current pay check of mine. Just to make it simple, I always like small cars and I love roadster (since SLK was invented). I can park a car well, but sometime I wish I had my brother’s car with the screen + reverse camera and all the sensors, and parking assistant he has on his Lexus.

BMW+Z4

Actually I was just browsing to their website (MerC and BMW sites), just to check out their midi sound background of their commercial video presentation (To see if there are any updates). I know this sound weird, but I like their music background.. And.. since its really good. I usually “grab” it for my personal collection. Yeah, what a random guy I am!

2009+Porsche+911+Targa+4S

Speaking of cars, I believed my favorite actor Chris Pine, bought himself a new car early this year. He bought himself a black Porsche 911. There is bunch of range of Porche 911, so I’m blind guessing he has a Porsche 911 Targa 4S? (That back LED light and the Front Gas Tank cover just shows its a Porsche, and it is damn expensive!!! Much more expensive than SLK, me think!)

Man, seriously Chris Pine is getting rich, I mean he is already rich than the 1st time I saw him back in 2004! The Star Trek 2009 (filmed in late 2007) really paid him lots! Last year he moved out from his apartment, and bought a house. Yes, he bought a house. Another fun fact is, back in December 2009, when he was getting a pair of Ralph Lauren RRL Jeans, he flipped through a “ Porsche Icons ” book, and now he has his very own Porsche car! So, I’m planning to flip a Mercedes Benz SLK 350 book, and hopefully would then own the car! Period!

2009+Honda++S2000

I don’t know what will happen to his old car Honda S2000 (oh.. oh.. I like Honda S2000, its a better roadster than the Mazda’s one). Classy..

Back to Chris Pine, I’m looking forward to watch him in Mean Wars , Welcome to People and of course the Star Trek Sequel (the writers said it will have the family theme) and scheduled to release in 2012; hopefully.

Silly thing, prior to this post I tried to find what cars do Nicole Kidman ride; But too bad.. I failed. It would be fun too know.

Green Lantern Movie schedule release in 2011.

Howdy People, Green Lantern Movie is in the process. No, this is not just any comic cartoon movie to be release, but a human-action comic superhero dimension is scheduled to be release in 2011.

Before this, there were several cast release to be considered who will play Hal Jordon a.k.a the first Green Lantern; and they are Sam Worthington, Bradley Cooper, Justin Timberlake, Henry Cavill, Jared Leto and Michael Fassbender. But eventually the role went to Ryan Reynolds. When the cast was revealed, I was praying for Bradley Cooper to get it. But Ryan Reynolds will do the job.

Chris Pine too did met and  discussed with the casting director about Hal Jordon part, but unfortunately luck wasn’t in his back at that time. It would be awesome, if Chris Pine is the next Green Guy. Yes technically, Chris Pine is my idol and the best-favorite actor in the showbiz since 2004, when he was cast in The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement, playing as Nicholas Devereaux. Yes he is an absolutely an idol to me, you know.. when you are a kid, you wish to become the handsome prince, pretty much like Romeo in Juliet.

Since then.. I watch all his movie, from exciting fun (Just my luck and Blind Date) then his missing in action in 2007, sadly with no movie release :(, then come to a not my cup of tea one, the Bottle Shock.. then by now to a very  best of him playing as Captain James T. Kirk in Star Trek. That Star Trek make me feel so GEEKY!

It safe to say I’m in love with Chris Pine as a fan.. A very certified one. LOL. So If I see Chris Pine in reality, I might probably be shouting and jumping like a crazy girl, and saying “I’m a Fan! I’m A FAN!..” Wait, probably not, it would be too awkward.. I just need his signature and a photo taken with him. His not an A-list star which I should be chasing them and idolize them like most human do, but, I’m sure and believe Chris Pine can get there soon too. HEY YOU at Hollywood Walk of Fame! Give him a STAR will YA! =)

Back to the Lantern guy, and speaking of 2011, SHooT! Star Trek 2 is also schedule to be release  around that time. So definitely I’ll be squeezing my penny to get to the cinema regularly and yes, I need to get the Star Trek 2 DVDs too for collection. Wait a second, by that time, I’m a professional already, I’ll be working! Just use the credit card to pay the cinema bills hahaha (This is what happen, when you own and learn to use Credit Card in the mid Teen, such a spoil kid).

And sadly about this post, we kinda have to wait for about 2 years before we could see Ryan Reynolds in that skinny Green Lantern Suit! Ok I admit, I like comic movie, Batman, Superman, Spiderman.. X-men… Just movie it, and I’ll watch it! So it would be a long run in the future.. so Actors and Actress, always have a good healthy routine and always be safe!
