“Your just like me L?z, inside a small box, stuck, with the top cover opened. We can only see and witness whats going around us, wondering how our life be in the future, and what will happen next to our sorrow life. We are stuck inside the box, wishing and waiting, hoped for things to go back as it were. Happy and excited was in the past and now being in this very small spot. Its indeed a sad and lonely moment.” Alid to City Girl of Wales, UK (May 9th) someday I’ll ask someone to illustrate this =)
Visiting DSTcom Branch
Today, as planned, I went early to Giant Superstore, to visit DSTCom branch there to replace my old 2G sim card to 3G sim card for free (promotion month). I reached Giant around 8:15am, and unfortunately, the public are not allowed to enter Giant until 9:am, the day was shiny and hot, yet i wait patiently for the clock to turn 9. When the public have the honor to enter Giant, everyone was rushing towards DST. Well not exactly rushing, we still prefer walking than running. I was the fifth person to be on the queuing line. What a coicindence having my favorite number printed on my waiting ticket. It took about 5-6mins for my matters to be finish, and I’m really excited for the fact that I’m upgrading my sims card for free. 3G lines aren’t new to me, as I have already a 3G line with Bmobile distributor/provider. Weirdly the guy who entertain me just let me go after the technical procedure are settle, without giving me any brief describing or a short notes on what will I do with my new and old sims card. So as a curiosity human being, before I lift my ass from the chair, I ask him kindly when will my new card be activated, he kinda look shocked on my prompt question; I guess he wasn’t expected that to come (as you know it is very early in the morning), and he replied briefly and I quote from what he said:
“Tt takes maybe 2 hours for the new card to be activate, use your old sim card 1st, when there is no more network coverage, then your set to use the new card.”

I went to UBD after that, was planning to have a breakfast at Jolibee or KFC but I guess I have no appetites for it, as I’m REALLY excited for this 3G. I went to UBD library 1st to renew my Spanish book, After that, I took the initiative to visit the HEP’s Assistant register (student union) to ask few questions regarding on my wish “Germany trip”. Unfortunately when I arrived on her door step, she’s was not in, (well as her neighbor worker have told me, she had just left the building couple of minutes before I reach there, sob~ what a luck) Oh well maybe next time? then I proceed to another bigger important role of the day, which is revising my science.

During my revising moment alone at SHBIE, My old sim card lost its network, It was like less then 45 minutes after I left Giant. So with joy, i immediately replaced it with the new sim card. At 1st there was the 3G service indicator, and then it disappear for a while, I guess the network were not stable yet. Conclusion: New 3G sim card for the N73!
2.00pm-5.00pm (happily doing science exam) My Lecturer, my very favourite one (sorry can’t name her, or else you say something bad=P), gave me 2 sweets and a chocolate during the exam. How sweets~
Baiduri new Mobile Phone Authentication for Personal I-Banking

Went home, and found a Baiduri Bank Letter for me, who else a Baidurian here at Misli’s cribs? So I opened the letter, and its another new features of Baiduri Bank. Isn’t that cool, the oldest new services that I could remember was the MasterCard CashCard, then the FAST mobile service, then there’s the new Baiduri Bank Internet Banking new face with mobile EASI/Bmobile/master card top up facilities, and NOW, the new features is to switch the old Baiduri Bank’s internet banking’s Vasco token (the small token for me to input my password, then input the key what I’ve seen on the website screen to the token, finally key in what I see in the small device to the website screen to log into my account *really a lot of clicking to do*) to mobile phone authentication. I’ve been using The Vasco token for about 2 yrs now. I have no problem using it. And I think, and I will going to miss using it very much. Because its cute too. Baiduri wants me to surrender it if i do want to change the to mobile phone authentication. I wish I could keep it. (HSBC is using VASCO too but much smaller and have one button only).

The new steps is EASY (for the mobile phone authentication) I guess, once I log on to my Internet Banking, a machine (robot) will call me to key in the input what i see from the screen (website). and Walla~ I’m in. Funny thing is that, answering the machine, will cost me about 20 cents per minutes :S and what if my credit card is empty? how can Baiduri ring me? This is the consequences that i have to face with this new facilities. If the toll is free, its fine, if not sorry Baiduri you cant reach me, when you can’t reach me, i can’t use Internet banking. Oh well. the old token is tottaly free, you don’t have any charge using it by any mean. Hmm.. oh what the heck, I’m switching to this mobile thingi just to support Baiduri new service, Yes I know their rich, but i guess this bond between Baiduri and the mobile phone provider (DSTGroup and Bmobile) is a proud one if we Loyal baiduri account holder participates it, if not there’s no use for Baiduri Group to enhanced this improvement services because this improvement and comfort as meant to be for us. So why not? join the club and switch the old token to the mobile phone authentication. I voice out to you all “I support Baiduri Bank” – “After all we are Bruneians” =P.
“At Baiduri Bank, we aim to make a world of difference by offering global services with a local touch. After all, we are Bruneians too.” – Baiduri Bank.
Insyaallah if i do wake up early, I pay a visit to Baiduri Bank (Yayasan) tomorrow morning. Btw there’s a free gift too, while stock last. choose one out of three selection. Gonna get the Baiduri Cap, I’ll pass the 5 dollars easi/bmobile top up and the MCC, because i have 2 MCC already :S
Talking about Baiduri Bank, this week too, i received my very 1st SuperSave transaction slips. Not so much a lot detail about the transaction, as i only use twice using the Baiduri Bank Supersave card hehe.
